It's been a wild ride from first publishing "Staying Alive!" in 2004 and it becoming a National Best-Seller in 2006. I have found since then, that while the research on cancer-fighting foods was cutting-edge at the time, the new research over the years has continued to validate the Top 20 Cancer Fighting Foods featured, and the recipes remain as simple and delicious as ever.

Times are changing in the book world though, and with the cost, both monetary and environmental; of paper, printing, shipping, customs, freight charges and storage, I have had to accept that printing hard-copies is no longer viable. I am very pleased to have the eBook version of "Staying Alive! Cookbook for Cancer Free Living" now available at major retailers (Kindle, iPad, Sony readers, Barnes & Noble etc). 
Consequently, the inspiring personal stories, complete nutritional information, shopping ingredients and recipe ideas, are not lost and can be accessed more easily around the world, as we move into the digital age. 

Over the years both friends and acquaintances have passed away, and cancer continues to affect us all in so many ways. My hope continues to be, that to assist someone in the time of their living, is indeed, time well spent.

I remain humbled and honoured by requests and responses from all over the globe, and hope that by sharing the book in it's new format it will continue to make a difference in the lives of those we love.
